We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer Lead to join our team and spearhead the development of venture programs, run startup acceleration programs, and provide robust support to startups or SMEs within our ecosystem. Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, startup acceleration, or a related field within the innovation ecosystem.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful venture programs and startup acceleration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the startup funding landscape, including grant programs, venture capital, and angel investment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Highly adaptive and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive ecosystem for startups of all backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
