As Finance & Administration Manager, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with both local regulations and group standards. Acting as a trusted business partner, you’ll support decision-making and contribute to strategic growth.

- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with local GAAP and IFRS
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Oversee payroll coordination, including external providers and compensation processes
- Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, tax, and VAT requirements
- Manage and support internal and external audits
- Supervise and develop the local accounting and finance team
- Act as a finance business partner, supporting operational and strategic initiatives
- Handle contract and insurance management
- Represent the company in banking and administrative matters
- Support project implementation with regional leadership

Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in accounting, controlling, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and SOX frameworks
- Proven people management experience, including coaching and team development
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies
- Strong background in local statutory accounting
- Experience working in international, matrix organizations
Location and Eligibility:
📍 Location: Turkey (Hybrid working model: 3 day in the office)
