In this position, you will work closely with the Managing Director and with Fronius International (Austrian parent company), helping to optimize financial performance, maintain compliance, and support strategic decision‑making.
As Finance Manager, you will serve as the financial backbone of our organization in Japan. You will collaborate closely with headquarters on forecasting, budgeting, taxes, and reporting while acting as the main point of contact for customer account monitoring, vendor payments, and collections.

Tasks & Responsibilities/業務内容:Support the Managing Director in all Finance and Controlling matters

消費税申告書の正確かつ期限内の作成・提出Manage transaction postings and maintain all relevant ledgers, including accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, depreciation, cost accounting, property and operating expenses, insurance records, and the monthly payroll ledger
仕訳処理および各種帳簿の管理(売掛金・買掛金、固定資産、減価償却、原価計算、資産・経費、保険関連記録、月次給与台帳)Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of book entries and accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency
会計仕訳および勘定科目の精査・分析を通じた正確性と透明性の担保Ensure compliance of monthly and annual financial statements with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and accepted accounting standards
月次・年次財務諸表の法令・社内ガイドライン・会計基準への準拠確認Apply tax regulations related to shipments from the Japan warehouse and direct deliveries from Austria to Japan and other international destinations

資金繰りの計画・管理による財務安定性の確保Lead the Year-End audit process and maintain efficient communication with external auditors

月次・年次の損益計算書および貸借対照表の分析資料の作成Develop annual budget requirements for the Finance and Controlling function

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Skills Required
