Role Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, process automation, and analytical insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, improve efficiency through automation, and provide data-driven analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
- Design and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and reporting needs
- Ensure data integrity, documentation, and adherence to internal controls
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, or similar) preferred
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights

- Experience improving or automating reporting processes
- Familiarity with financial planning systems or data visualization tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious mindset with a continuous improvement orientation
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
- Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $95,000-$100,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
