About the Role  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.
  • Serve as the primary finance point of contact for assigned entities, providing expert guidance and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive the monthly close process, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and variance analysis in accordance with Group deadlines and policies.
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support informed business decisions.
  • Ensure precision in revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin analysis across diverse business lines to maximize profitability and transparency.
  • Provide strategic financial support for contract reviews, pricing strategies, and client profitability assessments.
  • Partner closely with client service and operations teams as a trusted finance business partner, delivering actionable insights and decision-making support.
  • Oversee intercompany transactions, transfer pricing mechanisms, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the Group structure.
  • Collaborate with accounting, reporting teams, and external auditors to maintain full compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold rigorous compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and Group finance governance standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies to continuously enhance the finance function's effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Several years of working in accounting or financial analysis – ideally with some management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Innovation Mindset: You're open to embracing and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency.
  • Soft Skills: You're a strong analytical thinker with great attention to detail. You know how to lead, communicate clearly, and work well with others – understanding what people need and delivering on it.
