Visa U.S.A Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Finance Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:

• Drive a range of critical initiatives related to improving revenue operations processes at Visa, such as automation of manual billing, streamlining how pricing changes flow into the revenue operations process, both leveraging data and performance metrics to drive insights and support recommendations and decision making.
• Project Management: Drive strategy and execution of projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial/business processes and align the changes with key stakeholders.
• Use data and visualization to tell a story to persuade different audiences, including senior leaders and decision makers.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional work streams, remove hurdles.
• Leverage Six sigma and lean best practices to drive the projects forward.
• Document the key processes to ensure transparency and governance.
• Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Finance Manager-related occupation.
• Position requires experience in the following:
  1. Technical Financial and Accounting Skills including internal controls;
  2. Business & Data Analytical like Data Cleaning and Integration, Data Analysis and Interpretation, and Data languages like Python;
  3. Data visualizations and dashboards including Power BI;
  4. Process Improvement including Six Sigma and Lean best practices, internal controls with a proven ability to leverage them to drive project success;
  5. Project Management Skills;
  6. Advanced Excel Skills; and
  7. Stakeholder Management, communication & reporting.

Worksite: Foster City, CA 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $129,200.00 to $206,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
