About the role:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transparency, efficiency, and insight into operating expenses (OpEx) across Business Management, Analytics, and Marketing. You will own the forecasting and budgeting processes, design scalable reporting frameworks, and deliver financial insights that shape decision-making.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of analysis and strategy—someone who can work cross-functionally, manage complex data workflows, and translate financial results into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Opex forecasting & budgeting: Lead OpEx planning cycles for Business Management, Analytics, and Marketing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver actionable insights: Analyze financial performance, conduct variance reviews, and highlight risks and opportunities to improve resource allocation, spending and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance reporting & transparency: Partner with BI to build automated reporting processes and dashboards that provide visibility into top-line trends, forecast variances and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Develop financial models: Support business cases, evaluate initiatives, and analyze cost drivers for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive process improvements: Identify and lead initiatives that streamline forecasting, automate reporting, and increase accuracy across finance processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives: Contribute to high-impact projects, including cost optimization, process automation, and analytics-driven planning.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus).
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with a focus on OpEx management and business partnering.
  • Technical skills:
    • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
    • Strong SQL and BI tools experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, and OfficeConnect.
  • Analytical strength: Proven ability to build models, manage forecasts, and conduct scenario planning to support decision-making.
  • Collaboration skills: Experience working with Marketing, Analytics, or Business Management teams to deliver financial insights and strategic guidance.
  • Project leadership: Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results under tight timelines.
  • Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling insights for leadership and business partners.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong prioritization and a bias for action.

    Our Benefits:

    • In Site Subsidized Meals
    • Transportation
    • Premium Language Bonus
    • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
    • Mental Health & Family Forming Benefits
    • Private Life Insurance
    • On site Clinic and Remitly Doctor
    • Continuous learning tools & certification programs
