Finance Manager

Your responsibilities as Finance Manager

• Take charge of Credit Management, Debt Risk Assessment, Accounts Payable & Receivable, MPS and Sales Operations.
• Lead and inspire five high-performing teams, setting the standard for commercial excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and make a real impact across the business.
• Shape and improve processes, drive cashflow, and build strong supplier relationships.
• Be the go-to expert for complex recoveries, contract negotiations, and risk strategy.

About you

• A proven finance professional with a background in Credit Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Commercial Finance.
• A natural leader who motivates, develops, and supports teams.
• Analytical, decisive, and always seeking smarter ways to work.
• A relationship builder with top-notch communication skills.
