The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business located in Lake Forest, IL.
What You’ll Do

Oversee financial planning and reporting for the Infectious Disease (ID) business unit headquarters functions.

Partner with Global Marketing for ad hoc business analytics.

Lead the annual Organic Execution Model process within the business unit.

Develop and implement financial process improvements and standardization across the business unit.
-
Create relevant and insightful financial metrics for ID leadership.

Prepare the monthly management reporting package.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines.
-
Sharp attention to detail.
-
Proactive problem solver with a knack for streamlining processes.
-
Comfortable with complexity and change.
-
High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Power ON skills is a plus.

The base pay for this position is
$95,000.00 – $190,000.00
