Finance Manager
The Finance Manager plays an integral role in the customer experience during the sales cycle. They are viewed as an expert in offering financing options, vehicle protection products, and personal coverage relating to the ownership of the vehicle. They work as part of a sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that structures deals to maximize profits while balancing customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for ensuring all legalities and paperwork for all vehicle purchases and exchanges are completed, and all communications between the salesperson and the customer are complete before the delivery to the customer.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years experience as finance manager
- Ability to follow contracts through funding
- Dynamic self-starter, detail-focused, exceptionally well organized with excellent time management skills
- A strong desire and ability to outperform goals and objectives
- Personable, courteous, and outgoing nature & strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service and satisfaction characteristics
- Strong financial skills
- Broad understanding of automotive terminology
