Finance Manager

• Manage and control financial operations within the affiliate business;

• Prepare, verify, and process partner payments;

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations;

• Ensure the accuracy of financial data, calculations, and transactions;

• Maintain and verify financial operations in 1C;

• Work with Excel / Google Sheets for calculations, reconciliations, data analysis, and reporting;

• Work with the affiliate platform and partner financial data;

• Communicate with partners on financial and payment-related matters;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments on finance-related matters;

• Identify and investigate discrepancies and ensure their timely resolution;

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports;

• Participate in the improvement and automation of financial processes.

• Relevant experience in Finance / Accounting or a similar role;

• Practical experience working with 1C;

• Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;

• Strong knowledge of formulas and tools such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Tables, etc;

• Good knowledge of financial accounting principles;

• Practical experience with financial reconciliations and reporting;

• Experience working with large volumes of financial data;

• Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies independently;

• English sufficient for day-to-day communication with partners and internal teams;

• Experience in iGaming / Affiliate Marketing would be an advantage.
