Finance Manager

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Gwinnett Place Nissan is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Finance Manager ready to grow with us.

• Manage the dealership’s customer loan origination and approval process.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners.
• Evaluate customers’ financing needs and present payment options clearly and professionally.
• Present finance, insurance, protection, and other dealership products based on each customer’s needs.
• Secure lender approvals and structure transactions effectively.
• Ensure every transaction is finalized legally, ethically, and in full compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly finance, product penetration, and income targets.
• Create a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

• Minimum of one year of successful dealership F&I experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, and product presentation.
• Proven ability to structure deals and work effectively with multiple lenders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
