What You’ll Do- Manage the dealership’s customer loan origination and approval process.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners.
- Evaluate customers’ financing needs and present payment options clearly and professionally.
- Present finance, insurance, protection, and other dealership products based on each customer’s needs.
- Secure lender approvals and structure transactions effectively.
- Ensure every transaction is finalized legally, ethically, and in full compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly finance, product penetration, and income targets.
- Create a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.
- Minimum of one year of successful dealership F&I experience.
- Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, and product presentation.
- Proven ability to structure deals and work effectively with multiple lenders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- CDK experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Earning potential of $150,000+ annually
