We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Finance Manager to join our leadership team in Colombo. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
Prepare and present financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Analyze complex financial data and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies and procedures.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
Professional qualification: CA or CIMA.
Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
Exposure to import procedures, LC management, and clearance processes is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
