Finance Manager-PRM QP

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:                                                                                      

• Lead financial planning and analysis function for Shanghai and Singapore sites, communicate to US management with financial performance and provide financial support on business strategy.

• Work effectively with local managers and AP sales leaders to prepare profit review, annual budget and monthly POR forecast. 

• Lead Shanghai Finance Team to close each fiscal period on timely and accurate basis and submit the actual results in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for Shanghai site. Manage the China statutory reporting and tax filing.

• Support Singapore General Finance team on the month-end close and provide analysis on actual performance

• Handle the internal & external auditing related to Shanghai site. Work with functional managers to clear the findings / concerns.

• Motivate finance team and develop talents.

• Support global initiatives to develop system tools and drive the continuous improvement on process efficiency (Global data warehouse, BU segment reports)

• Liaise between Tescom Headquarters and Automation Solution Asia Pacific region on financial stuff.

• Handle non-routine special projects and reporting requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree in accounting / finance or equivalent professional qualification

• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in China manufacturing site. 
• 5 years of experience in supervisory role
• Good business acumen and strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, as well as the ability to produce presentations to management team.
• Hands on experience with Oracle and HFM system is a plus
