  • ✅ Automotive industry experience is REQUIRED
  • ✅ Minimum 1 year as an automotive manager
  • ✅ Minimum 3 years of total automotive experience
  • ✅ Deep understanding of lender programs, F&I laws, and compliance procedures
  • ✅ Strong communication, closing, and negotiation skills
  • ✅ High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
  • ✅ Preferred experience with CDK and Eleads
