Finance Manager, FP&A

Job Description:
 

We are seeking a proactive FP&A Manager to join our team. You will drive strategic financial planning for our growing business by collaborating with global team members and stakeholders.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

Ownership of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

Lead FP&A for specific functions by partnering with senior business stakeholders to co-ordinate hiring process, provide strategic financial information, details on variance analysis and analyze overall performance against budget.

Participating in monthly financial close activities, prepare/oversee preparation of variance analyses on actual versus budget/forecast. Ability to recognize and investigate unusual transactions, trends, or variations and communicate findings to the team.

Be an effective Finance partner; provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects.

Your Qualifications & Skill Set required:             

Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 6-8 years of experience.

Strong financial and analytical acumen.

Strong Excel knowledge, Data Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills with the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Experience in book close activity, Provision & schedule review.

The candidate should be able to work well with cross-functional teams of business functions namely Accounting, HR and Talent acquisition.

Experience in NetSuite, Workday and Adaptive tools are a plus, not mandatory. Experience in People Management is a plus, not mandatory
