Job Description
- As finance manager you are responsible for timely issuance, amendment, and discharge of bank guarantees.
- You drive continuous improvement, harmonization and quality assurance of the global guarantee processes and optimize the intercompany funding structures and capital allocation
- Furthermore, you take over the management and negotiation of contracts with banks.
- You support operational units in guarantee creation and management and give guidance for legal entities regarding intercompany financing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration and/or Finance with a focus on accounting
- Work Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international environment; proven experience in managing bank guarantees and global guarantee processes; solid understanding of internal financing structures and cash flow optimization; proficiency in process improvement and harmonization within financial operations; international experience in treasury, finance, or risk management roles, preferably in complex organizational environments
- Personality and Working Practice: strong communicator, strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent, responsible, process- and performance-orientated, analytical as well as structured working method
- Languages: excellent written and spoken English and German language skills, other language skills beneficial
