Job Description

As The Finance Manager, Global Analytics and Insights you will hold a pivotal role within Finance that directly supports the business and finance partners within the Lifecycle Services segment. The mission of the Global Analytics and Insights organization is to support the organization with analytics and insights to manage performance and support decision-making while working to transform our reporting, analysis, and forecasting using new technologies, standardized processes, and centralized teams.

You will report into the Senior Finance Manager, Global Analytics and Insights and will be responsible for leading a large team consisting of a Jr Finance Manager and Financial Analysts.

As the manager of a large team, you will need to drive strong performance, consistently drive develop talent, and support the team to grow in their careers.

You will work in Hybrid model with office in Katowice.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and causals for the full financial performance for the Lifecycle Services segment
  • Provide insightful ad-hoc reporting to understand historical results and better forecast future performance
  • Ensure the predictability of results by developing an effective annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts and intra-quarter outlooks for leadership
  • Align with teams within Global Analytics and Insights and the PowerHouse organization to develop improved and standardized global processes by driving simplification and digitization
  • Provide leadership and direction in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing proper internal control policies and procedures
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Eight years' experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Three years' experience in managing professionals with a focus on process improvement, delegation, and career development
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning (EPM), SAP
  • Track record of interpreting complex data and communicating financial concepts to different levels of the organization
  • A collaborative mindset, and a deep interest in empowering others with better tools and insights
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements across a dynamic organization
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA or CPA
