Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Compliance Manager to oversee financial
accounting, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting for both India and US entities.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate books, strong internal controls, and timely
compliance with all applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounting including GL, AP, AR, payroll accounting, and month-end/year-end closures.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing compliance.
• Oversee Indian GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities (GST, TDS Income tax & MCA).
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Support financial reporting as per Indian GAAP / US GAAP (preferred).
• Drive process improvements and automation within accounting operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• CIMA/CA
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting and compliance experience from an IT company.
• Exposure to managing Transfer Pricing and GST assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory requirements; exposure to US accounting is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
• Advanced proficiency in ZOHO & Quick Books ERP systems
• Team handling skills with progressive experience of 5+ years.

Skills Required
