About the role
This role involves creating and maintaining process documentation, providing finance support for F&AS projects, and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
Attention to detail, a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, and effective collaboration skills are key attributes for success in this position.
Key responsibilities:
📊 Assist in Preparing Financial Reports
Help compile standard financial reports, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, gaining insight into core accounting practices.🗂️ Support Internal Operations
Contribute to the smooth running of the team by organizing documents, reviewing procedures, and ensuring everything is in order.🧾 Learn Basic Accounting Entries
Make simple bookings and journal entries with guidance, building your confidence in real-world accounting systems.🤝 Collaborate on Postings
Work alongside experienced team members to prepare and review financial postings, learning from their expertise.📈 Contribute to Financial Analysis
Support ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks, helping the team make informed decisions.📝 Document Procedures
Help write and update internal procedures, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.🔍 Assist in Audits
Be part of the annual group and statutory audit process, gaining exposure to audit requirements and best practices.💡 Participate in Projects
Get involved in financial analysis and special projects, expanding your understanding of how finance supports business goals.
Our Requirements:
- Educational background in accounting or similar filed
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good command of English
- Availability: at least 120 hours / week
