The Role
The role
You will have a chance to work with the Finance Team in Poland with responsibility for finance activities related to all GV entities:
- Monitoring outstanding customer balances and performing collection activities
- Communicating with customers to follow up on overdue payments via email and phone
- Recording collection status and updating reports regularly
- Assisting with resolving payment issues and disputes
- Processing and booking supplier invoices in the accounting system
- Verifying accuracy and proper documentation of incoming invoices
- Participating in ad hoc finance projects and providing general administrative support to the finance team
What you'll need to be successful
- Student in the final years of Economic Studies or related
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Excel: pivots / vlookup)
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Quick learner and team player
- Customer-oriented
- SAP knowledge – a very big plus
- Availability – 20-30h/week
