Your tasks will vary depending on where in Finance the rotation is. We will have 4 rotations in the finance organization within the below departments.
Controllership: Gain hands-on experience in financial controls, external reporting, auditing, and accounting practices to ensure organizational integrity and compliance.
Treasury and FP&A: Develop critical financial planning and analysis skills while supporting capital structure strategy, cash flow forecasting, and investment decision-making to drive long-term financial health.
Operations Finance: Immerse yourself in the financial backbone of manufacturing by analyzing production costs, evaluating plant performance, and supporting strategic decisions that drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across our operations.
Internal Audit: Strengthen your understanding of risk management and internal controls by evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The following are required for the role
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related major.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Program Requirements
The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
The candidate is expected to be available to work in person throughout the duration of the rotational program.
