- DTC (e-commence) support
- Sale record summary & Report analysis support (Japan MSP/China Wechat Mini program)
- China VAT Fapiao manual and system maintenance
- Sales audit
- HK/China Mall Certificate account reconciliation/Store Mall certificate operation training
- China store cash pick up vender management/PO and Fapiao support communication with vendors
- Tax agency and vendor management
- Vendor report review
- Vendor billing review and check
- Vendor cost allocation for different departments
- Projects support
- Company incoming projects support
- Departure Tax Refund data collection and analysis
- Ad hoc/Others
- Store supplies
- Refund support investigation
- Store finance devices trouble shooting
What you need to bring:
- Excel/CET 6/IEST ACCA/CPA students prefer
- Prefer 6 months at least or more /3 days a week at least
- Professional working English email writing and oral speaking are required
