The role:
As a Finance Graduate, you will:
Support the finance team with day-to-day tasks: preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Assist in reviewing processes and helping improve efficiency
Work with cross-functional teams across departments (e.g. procurement, operations, sales) to gather data and insights
Help with month-end & year-end closing activities and reconciliation
Participate in special projects to solve real financial challenges
Programme Overview:
Our three-year Finance Graduate Programme offers an excellent opportunity to gain an accounting qualification (ACCA) while developing essential skills in transactional, operational, and specialist finance. Rotations will take place across our Lithuanian global business solutions hub.
What we are looking for:
You’re studying finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (final year or recently graduated)
Strong analytical skills and interest in numbers/data
Good communication skills in English (and Lithuanian if available)
Comfortable with MS Excel; knowledge of other tools or ERP systems is a plus
Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas — even if you don’t check every box
