1. Audit & Compliance
- Ensure 100% physical verification audits for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and fixed assets across factories, third-party locations, and distribution centers.
- Support statutory and group audits by facilitating documentation and timely closure.
- Coordinate specialized audits (Plastic, EWF, PACE, CAD) and ensure compliance with recommendations.
- Maintain adherence to R2R/MTD processes and approval protocols.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present monthly business performance updates (cost, savings, margins) to factory leadership and corporate teams.
- Submit global and external reports including production cost, technical efficiency, and variance analysis.
- Provide internal reports on production volume, factory costs, and category performance.
3. Payment & Approval Management
- Manage daily approvals for SCB payments, LC, shipping guarantees, and import duties.
- Ensure timely confirmation of LC forward rates and maturity extensions.
4. Business Partnering & Cost Management
- Track and review factory, logistics, and business waste costs; highlight variances and concerns.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including NMSCC cost constructs and capex planning.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for agreement closures and cost negotiations.
5. Forecasting & Savings Initiatives
- Coordinate monthly cost forecasts based on S&OP and financial volumes.
- Drive savings initiatives through SRS/NPP portal updates and workshops to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain finance or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, and financial planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with global reporting standards and cost optimization strategies.
