Saltmine is a technology company focused on building innovative solutions that simplify and transform workplace experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Role Overview
The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day accounting activities, support financial reporting, handle accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, manage compliance, and assist the finance team with accurate and timely financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP/accounting system.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Skills Required
