Finance Executive
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Finance Executive with hands-on experience in AR, AP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, collections, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Track customer outstanding, aging, and payment commitments.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments and resolve billing/payment queries.
Verify vendor invoices, payments, GST, TDS, and supporting documents.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and aging reports.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Assist with month-end closing, audits, and cash-flow tracking.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, vendors, and customers on finance-related matters.
1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Zoho Books experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge of AR, AP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST & TDS.
Strong Excel and communication skills.
Experience in a startup or service-based company is preferred.

Skills Required
