- Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) activities for lounge operations
- Manage vendor boarding in SUN system and process invoices in Concur
- Support AR invoicing by collating data and liaise with Central Billing Team
- Perform accounting entries for AR/AP/GL/payroll/expenses claims
- Perform financial data reconciliations
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and integrity in all financial tasks
- Support audit and tax compliance processes
- Support budget, monthly and yearly financial closing process
- Support setup for financial processes / system for the lounge operations
- Support and answer queries from operation team in finance related matters
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Concur and SUN Systems is added advantage
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL and audit processes.
- Strong knowledge in Excel
- Knowledge of Singapore GST will be an added advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Able to write and communicate in English fluently.
