The Position

The Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) to join our local Finance team and support the Commercial organization. In this role, you will combine strong business acumen with financial expertise to provide actionable insights on sales performance, pricing, and profitability.

You will serve as a key interface between Finance and the business, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving commercial effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically sharp, curious, and collaborative, with the ambition to grow into a broader commercial finance role.

Your Impact in this role: You will directly influence revenue growth and operational effectiveness by providing critical financial insights and support to our commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and share key commercial metrics (e.g. revenue, volume, prices, discounts); Analyze sales and margin data across products and customers to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

  • Evaluate customer and product profitability; develop and present insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other commercial functions to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.

  • Track actual performance vs. plan and provide variance analysis with clear insights.

  • Participate in commercial performance reviews and planning meetings, contributing with financial insights; support the preparation of materials for business reviews with local and global stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across reporting and planning activities.

  • Maintain data integrity and continuously improve sales reporting accuracy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on commercial data and operational alignment topics (e.g., ensuring consistency between internal systems and customer-facing data).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial or commercial analysis roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial principles and business drivers.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus.

  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and influence non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a high sense of ownership.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • High-level fluency in Hebrew and English.

  • Experience working in the healthcare, pharma, or med-tech industry - advantage.

  • Exposure to working in a global environment - advantage.
