The opportunity :

Partner with business functions, influencing and navigating to achieve strategic, operational and financial ambitions.

Profound system awareness and understanding of finance processes (E2E) with the ability to see the links/challenges on decisions business is making and to ensure financial compliance
-
Understand strategic priorities, recognize relationship and shift between tactical and strategic perspectives based on audience needs
-
Apply rigor and business acumen to co-creation of business cases. Develop a strong understanding of underlying operational, strategic and financial implications. Enable transparency and ensure decisions are made considering the impact to the broader organization. Provide financial leadership for cross-functional/multi-site projects.

Able to challenge and Influence finance and non-finance stakeholders by providing the essence of what is important regarding key issues through clear explanation of complex financial issues and respective consequences

Bring storytelling skills in order to provide transparency, translate numbers into actionable outcomes and business aspects into financials

Ensure clear outcomes are defined and resources are allocated accordingly

Foster a culture of continuous improvement that thrives on diversity & inclusion

Ability to collaborate within the Finance network (e.g. eCoE, RSS, PT Finance, R&D Finance etc.) to share best practices, drive co-creation, lead collaboration, and alignment on priorities to deliver business value

Bachelors or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience in Finance Business Partnering is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and influencing skills and ability to build trusting and productive relationships

Finance Core skills (technical, systems, processes, concepts)
