As a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) in our Commercial Finance team at Roche Diagnostics Chile, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to the local Sales and Marketing teams. Working alongside a collaborative team of FEPs and reporting to the FEP Lead, your mission will be to drive strategic commercial decision-making, optimize profitability, and balance resource allocation to ensure the sustainable growth of our business and maximize patient impact. About the opportunity:- Act as a key commercial finance partner, building robust pricing models and profitability strategies in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Provide strategic advice on resource allocation across competing priorities and evaluate the financial implications of proposed business activities.
- Propose and execute P&L improvement initiatives, identifying upselling opportunities, efficiency gains, risk mitigation strategies, and process enhancements.
- Monitor and manage customer contract performance across the entire lifecycle through a profitability and outcome-focused lens.
- Drive business process optimization by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging digital/AI tools for faster, more accurate financial insights.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of pricing and contract master data in SAP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Pricing Specialist, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional, with proven cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of connecting financial data to commercial performance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial numbers into clear, actionable insights for commercial stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a continuous learner mindset, adaptability, and high drive for growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or financial automation.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and advanced/fluent command of English (both languages will be evaluated during the selection process).
