The PositionThe Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) serves as a key business partner to the commercial organization. As a FEP you demonstrate your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are important to delivering our commercial strategy. You build networks across the organization (including the Finance Excellence Partner), to share standard methodologies and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business collaborators and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.
The Opportunity
You collaborate across departments to lead key touch points along the customer journey, focusing on customer communication for collections, credit, and contract management, while promoting an enterprise approach.
You balance resources and provide financial insights on business activities, ensuring sound decision-making and alignment with business goals.
You develop and implement strategies for affiliate credit and contract management, including optimizing recovery plans and handling risk.
You ensure financial performance is on track by supervising metrics and proposing corrective actions when needed.
You support the co-creation of innovative business models with customers, providing visibility in credit and contract management while accelerating collections through operational improvements.
You drive organizational behavior aligned with financial objectives, enhancing liquidity, reducing risk, and improving balance sheet and P&L performance.
You stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to proactively find opportunities and risks, ensuring sustainable commercial partnerships.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related financial field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a multinational environment, and are fluent in both Greek and English.
You bring an entrepreneurial and customer-focused mentality, with the ability to integrate financial and operational data into a clear business strategy.
Your strong business and financial competence helps you deliver tangible value to both customers and partners.
You have a deep understanding of local healthcare systems, market dynamics, and competitors, with a curiosity about analytical, data-driven decision-making.
You excel at building strong relationships and negotiating important outcomes across teams with varied strengths and partners.
