The PositionAs a Finance Enterprise Partner – Controlling and FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance team, working closely with company leadership and multiple other stakeholders to safeguard the company financial integrity, drive informed decision-making, and ensure our continued growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Risk Management and Reporting (70%):
- Protect the company from financial risk and exposure by managing a robust control framework, applying technical knowledge, and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of goals and act as an escalation point for all stakeholders.
- Maintain an effective control environment for ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting), SoD (Segregation of Duties), and other internal controls.
- Collaborate closely with Roche Shared Services (RSS) colleagues to deliver local aspects of Financial Accounting.
- Lead and coordinate Month End Closing, annual reporting and statutory audit from a local perspective.
- Understand and maintain the tax environment, managing withholding taxes and reports.
2. Financial Planning and Analysis (20%):
- Responsible for the yearly business plan and target setting, gathering data and coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute expertise to additional FP&A activities as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues globally to implement dashboards and financial data tools that support local management and global teams in making timely decisions.
3. Strategic Partnership (10%):
- Partner with the business and support or co-lead initiatives to grow the business and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide financial insights and a clear understanding of the cost structure to enhance profitability through regular monitoring of customer performance, and enable prioritization and allocation of resources.
- Participate in FEP (Finance Enterprise Partner) communities to learn and share best practices across markets.
Who You Are:
- Israeli CPA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or a similar role, including experience working in a global environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in handling large datasets in Excel and performing complex financial analyses
- Strategic thinker with an understanding of downstream and upstream impacts
- A team player with high work ethics, practicing a result-oriented working style, strong decision-making and implementation skills, and a proven ability to work independently and effectively prioritizing tasks
- Strong organizational skills, systematic and detailed approach
- Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP highly preferred
- High-level fluency in Hebrew and English
