KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage the full bookings-to-ARR translation process, establishing scalable workflows and ensuring data integrity throughout.

  • Define and maintain all ARR metrics, ensuring consistent and accurate definitions across the organization.

  • Lead ARR reporting for board, internal, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Oversee data cleansing and quality control processes related to ARR and revenue analytics.

  • Manage and develop a team of seven professionals with diverse skill sets spanning data/coding capabilities and financial analytics.

  • Partner closely with the IT organization to automate revenue reporting workflows and drive process efficiency.

  • Work cross-functionally with the Operations team to align on bookings data, processes, and revenue definitions.

  • Collaborate with FP&A on revenue and ARR forecasting inputs, ensuring alignment between reporting, planning, and forecasting functions.

  • Bridge the gap between FP&A, Operations, and Accounting teams around pillar structure requirements and definitions, driving accounting literacy and clear process standards.

  • Lead coordination across different teams within the organization on cross-functional controllership initiatives.

  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure cross-functional initiatives are executed in a timely and smooth manner.

  • Support integration activities and broader organizational initiatives as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in FP&A, financial planning, and analytical roles within the technology industry required.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS top-line metrics, ARR reporting, revenue recognition, and forecasting KPIs required.

  • Prior people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of diverse skill sets required.

  • Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives. 

  • Solid accounting fundamentals and the ability to bridge financial planning and accounting functions. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and board audiences.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. 

  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Financial modeling, ARR/SaaS metrics, and revenue analytics. 

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and BI platforms is a plus.
