We are seeking a financial director/controller to join our team at Titan Circuits. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, budgeting and financial management. .
The role will provide leadership and overall direction to all activities related to finance, accounting and financial operations. This position will work closely with all members of the management team to implement policies that reinforce the core values and culture of the organization.
This candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate must have at least 15-years' experience and cover all aspects of financial management – controllership, treasury, operational finance, as well as financial planning and analysis. Familiarity with a manufacturing environment: ERP, procurement, inventory control, rates, etc. is required.
In this key role, you will oversee all financial operations, reporting, and controls. The role will also be the chief architect of the ERP system (CETEC) (Chart of accounts, role administrations, internal controls, system configuration) and its integration with third party systems – banking, payroll, shipping, etc. A
- Oversee all core finance functions including general ledger management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and IT teams to align ERP functionality with business needs and proper segration of duties..
- Maintain and develop internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Establish and manage cost accounting activities such as bill of materials (BOM) analysis, job costing, and variance reporting.
- Develop and drive month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, and audit preparation.
- Provide strategic financial insights and report to executive leadership to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage the accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking relationships, addressing inquiries, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial institution requirements.
- Conduct financial evaluations of new customers to determine creditworthiness, establish appropriate payment terms, and actively monitor existing customer accounts to ensure timely payments and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
- Document procedures and train staff across departments.
- Help identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Support financial evaluation of benefits programs
- Complete general liability and workers’ compensation premium audits, including gathering required documentation, preparing reports, and submitting accurate information directly to the insurance provider.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or production-based environment. Preferably in the electronics industry.
- Proven experience leading or supporting ERP systems.
- Ability to establish cost accounting system with the ERP system (lines, departments, rates - labor, overhead, materials, etc.)
- Person must be able to develop scalable systems and processes to handle future growth.
- Excellent conflict management and communication skills.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
