The Finance Director responsibilities include financial leadership across our Global Payroll business. Scope of responsibility spanned both corporate and divisional levels with a high level of interaction and reporting to Senior Leadership.
- Generation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasting in accordance with the business segment and client contractual deliverables
- Direct interaction with segment leadership for the development and implementation of initiatives to achieve annual targets
- Drive customer profitability improvement plans
- Provide monthly financial reviews and analysis to impact monthly forecasts of FTE/costs
- Serve as a member of the governance committee attending client/vendor meetings and working directly with business counterparts on all financial aspects of client/vendor management
- Serve as a member of the segment leadership team providing management input on all aspects of practice—HR, resource management, business delivery, customer service, IT, payroll
- Seek out and implement continuous process improvements for the segment
- Assist leadership in critical business decision support through ad-hoc analysis, new business opportunities and financial modeling of new client service offerings, contract renewals and ongoing processes
- Responsible for management and development of finance staff
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, DOA.

Skills Required
