Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Finance Director to join and lead our APAC finance team, based in Singapore!
If you’ve got Financial Services experience dealing with Commercial Finance, Strategic advisory, Financial Resources Process & Controls and Audit, and working with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally, and an interest in working at one of the fastest growing FinTech companies, read on!
Your mission
Be the finance leader for the APAC region
Act as the primary finance partner to APAC business and product leaders, supporting and influencing strategy and investment decisions
Provide actionable management insight and driving performance improvements
Own the regional P&L, balance sheet and cash flows across multiple entities and currencies.
Be the regional main point of contact in finance to ensure that all new entities, products and legislation are correctly interpreted and efficiently structured.
Influence APAC planning, forecasting and scenario analysis; translate product and market plans into financial outcomes.
Track and improve unit economics (e.g., take rate, cost per transaction, losses, funding and FX costs).
Lead the APAC Finance team and support them in their transformation journey
About you
15+ years of progressive finance leadership in fintech/payments/banking or high-scale tech, with regional scope.
Proven ownership of a multi-entity, multi-currency P&L and balance sheet in a regulated environment.
Track record building teams and scaling processes in high-growth, product-led organisations.
Strong controllership, financial reporting and FP&A foundations; comfortable moving from strategy to spreadsheets.
Proven strategic finance impact by supporting decision making to support growth and expansion in existing and/or new markets
Regularly managed and influenced senior stakeholders (board of directors including NEDs, regional leadership committees
