We are looking for a curious, data-savvy Finance Digital & Data Partner to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in driving smarter, data-informed decision-making by combining financial acumen with analytical tools and digital capabilities. You’ll support reporting, analysis, and automation initiatives that enhance visibility, unlock insights, and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business planning and forecasting with robust data models and scenario analysis.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects to support strategic projects and commercial initiatives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to capture data, analyze trends, and communicate insights that influence business decisions.

• Help design and implement financial tools and data solutions that support finance transformation.

• Prepare clear, concise materials for business reviews, investment cases, and leadership meetings.

• Contribute to automation of routine reporting and processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

• Build and enhance dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel to track key financial and operational metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quant field.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with a passion for solving problems through data.

• Foundational knowledge of financial analysis and modeling.

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or other data tools is a plus.

• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

• A proactive, collaborative attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
