We are looking for university graduates who want to make a difference and kickstart their career as full-time associate of our Finance Development Program. FDP/grow is a 2-year rotational program where participants will move through four (6-month) rotations across various areas of the corporate finance organization. As part of your rotations, you will work alongside your respective finance team and gain experience in supporting projects in various functional areas. 

The program will also incorporate numerous social, networking, and development opportunities to facilitate professional development and career opportunities upon successful completion. 

This opportunity will be based at our Budapest office and start in August 2026. It is intended for students graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Spring/Summer 2026 or Winter 2026.

Application deadline is the 17th of May 2026.

The associate in this role will develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and controlling.

Additional duties to include: 

  • Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
  • Perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum grade of 4.0
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint
  • Highly driven and resourceful
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication in English, including large group presentations
  • Individuals with drive, looking for a career path and development plan at a company where they will have impact and be proud to work.
