As Finance Data & Analytics Manager within our Finance Data & Analytics team, you'll transform financial data into actionable insights and decision-grade reporting that shape how Sanofi does business. Ready to get started?

Sitting at the intersection of finance and digital, you'll partner with Operational Finance, Corporate Controlling, Consolidation and A2R teams, working across SAP, TM1, Snowflake, Power BI and more to help business leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.

Main responsibilities
Own the delivery of financial analytics and reporting solutions, setting priorities together with finance stakeholders
Lead complex, ambiguous ad-hoc analyses and turn findings into recommendations that directly inform business decisions
Define the analytical approach, data models and reporting roadmap across Controlling and Accounting data
Design and own finance data quality frameworks, controls and governance standards, resolving root-cause issues across teams
Lead the development of dashboards and reporting solutions, deciding on design, scope and prioritization
Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance and business stakeholders, and help shape the Digital/Data roadmap
Provide guidance, mentoring and support to users and colleagues on data and reporting topics
About you
Solid experience in accounting or financial planning & analysis, and finance master data management
Strong hands-on experience with SAP systems and/ or TM1
Project leadership experience
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make independent decisions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Snowflake
Understanding of fundamental data modeling / data quality concepts, basic SQL coding

The salary range for this position is :Ft15 840 000,00 - Ft23 760 000,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
