Gather, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple systems to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare and maintain financial dashboards, scorecards, and management reports for US business units.
Support month-end and quarter-end reporting, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Perform data validation, trend analysis, and reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial results.
Partner with Accounting and FP&A teams to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
Assist in building financial models to assess profitability, cost trends, and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to data governance initiatives.
Support ad-hoc data and financial analysis requests from US stakeholders or management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or management reporting (preferably with US exposure).
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
