The Finance Data Analyst gathers, cleans, and analyzes financial data, prepares reports, supports month-end reporting, and aids in financial modeling to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple systems to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Prepare and maintain financial dashboards, scorecards, and management reports for US business units.

  • Support month-end and quarter-end reporting, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform data validation, trend analysis, and reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial results.

  • Partner with Accounting and FP&A teams to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

  • Assist in building financial models to assess profitability, cost trends, and performance metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to data governance initiatives.

  • Support ad-hoc data and financial analysis requests from US stakeholders or management.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or management reporting (preferably with US exposure).

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
