Finance Performance & Operations enable the business to focus on the core assignment by providing efficient ways of working and support for financial and administrative processes.
We are looking for a Finance Controller
As a Finance Controller you work close with colleagues in our Finance and accounting teams, but also towards our stakeholders within the Range organization. You take part in the monthly closing process, support in securing accurate master data, set up and maintain the financial structures to follow up cost and financial performance and in that way support decision making. You will support the Finance team with cost follow ups/controlling, forecasting, and budgeting. You will be the analyzer, translator and presenter of financial insights and highlight deviations to plans. You can handle big data sets and connect data in BI-tools such as Power BI.
You have proven experience and knowledge in:
• Controlling and accounting (minimum 2-3 years' experience).
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent knowledge gained from work experience.
• Knowledge in Data visualization, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Establishing and maintaining good relations and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
• Knowledge of, and interest in, analytical tools like MS Excel, Power-BI or equivalent.
You will report to the Finance Planning & Reporting Manager, Finance Performance & Operations, Range.
Please note – This is a permanent position at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult
