Airbus Commercial is looking for a Financial Controller for HR (f/m) to join our Finance for Corporate Functions department based in Toulouse, France.
Finance for Corporate Functions is part of the Corporate Controlling team managing company-wide activities across Airbus and its divisions, thus providing ideal opportunities for talented and high performing individuals who seek to:

Belonging to the Finance for HR team, you will join a dynamic and caring team. You will provide direct support to all team members on the Finance for Human Resources scope, as well as to your operational counterparts. You'll closely liaise with the Corporate Functions consolidation team to keep the right level of analysis of Finance for HR. You will have the opportunity to ensure some Corporate Functions transversal topics depending on the demands.

Your challenges:Ensure planning and reporting of the Corporate function HR, in particular consolidation of the overall HR cost base across divisions. This includes :
Regular interface within our controlling team of Human Resources, International, Strategy,
Synthesis & reporting presentations for the management
Transversal analysis and follow-up (eg: costs by FTE, …)
Ensure controlling of a dedicated department of H, including:
management of its cost by nature and destination ;
management target inside the perimeter, workload and workforce alignment and support discussions and decision making at Management level ;
be a challenging and supporting partner to the business in terms of financial and operational performance improvement by providing a transparent and clear view of all financial aspects.
Be our team champion on Finance tool implementation and process (IFRP, SAC, TOP…)
Ad-hoc analysis at Corporate Functions level supporting its Head Of.
