Job Description

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our team at the Ignitis Group. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing financial accuracy, budgeting, and performance analysis. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Preparing periodical financial performance reports
• Ensuring accuracy in financial data and reporting
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances
• Implementing internal controls and process improvements
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Calculating service prices
• Leading or participating in specific Group projects related to accounting, reporting, and overall finance functions
• Collaborating with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of overall combined audit, finance control, or data analysis experience
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient user of MS Office programs
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
• Result-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to improve
