YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
You will join the Benefits & Engagement Financial team and report to the Zone Finance Controller of EHA (Europe - Hispanic America). You will supervise the controlling activities of EHA Zone (North Europe, BeLux, Romania, Southern Europe and Hispanic America).
You are the key point of contact between the Business Line, the Zone and Region’s Controllers in all financial related topics. You will support the Zone Finance Director in all typical financial exercises such as monthly business reviews, budget, forecast, 3 years strategic plan. You may participate in assisting each country for any specific transaction and will be contributing to the correct application of group standard financial rules within the region.
Your responsibilities will be the following:
· Foster link between the EHA Zone and the Regions on all financial, legal, fiscal matters
· Support the Regional Finance Director to prepare monthly business review, budget presentation, 3Y strategic plan and all meetings within the Zone
· Ensure quality of financial information and reported on time (monthly reporting, consolidation of data)
· Control and challenge financial information with specific focus on cash and ensure compliance with group standard rules
· Analyze financial performance on existing and new products with a specific focus on digitalization
· Increase the level of awareness across all finance community within the region on Edenred key financial performance principles (float, drop-through…)
· Ensure follow-up on key financial audit topics raised by the Group Audit Team
· Facilitate integration of new companies and ensure correct set up on key financial processes
· Spread and share all best practices within the Benefits & Engagement Business Line and with other financial controllers
· Participate to ad hoc analysis for all countries in the Benefits & Engagement Business Line
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
You have a Masters’ Degree and a good knowledge of IFRS norms, accounting and IT tools.
You have around three years of experience and have developed strong finance skills.
You have demonstrated:
· Analytical skills
· Good communication skills
· An understanding of our operational business
· A business partnering mindset
