Job Description:
We are looking for a finance manager to partner with sales team to provide financial insights, trade investment control, topline forecasting and business support to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree with major in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
2.Minimum 3 years of financial experience and solid finance co-piloting experience.
3.Demonstrated ability to build cross-function collaboration and communication.
4.Strong learning agility, good business acumen and data analytical mindset, fluent in English.
What will be your key responsibilities:
1.Own trade investment budgeting, forecasting & period closing to support sales team with NSV target delivery.
2.Partner with sales team to evaluate trade spend ROI and provide data-driven recommendations for RTM investment and new business exploration.
3.Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support performance reviews and business decisions.
4.Strengthen trade investment governance and control management, support distributor reconciliation and customer credit control to ensure healthy growth and alignment with internal control requirements.
