What you will be responsible for:
The Finance Business Partner supports the finance team in providing financial analysis, business insights to assist business stakeholders in making informed decisions. This role focuses on FP&A support, data analysis, budgeting preparation and partnering with business teams.
Business Support & Analysis
- Support business units in understanding financial performance and key drivers
- Conduct cost and margin analysis, prepare insights for operational improvements
- Assist in evaluating initiatives, pricing proposals, and business case analysis
FP&A Support
- Assist in budgeting, forecast preparation and variance analysis
- Consolidate financial data from business units and prepare periodic performance reports
Financial Modelling & Reporting
- Build and maintain financial models
- Support management reporting packages, KPI tracking and dashboard preparation
Data & Process Improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and process automation
- Support implementation of financial control frameworks and spend governance
How you will stand out:
- Min 6 years experiences in FP&A / commercial finance / business analytics preferred
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field
- CA/CPA/CFA certification or progress toward certification is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / data analysis tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercial mindset and proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure due to business expansion
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
