In this role, you will:

  • Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders;
  • Prepare clear and insightful reports and presentations for senior management, explaining financial performance and key business drivers;
  • Support ad-hoc business cases for new initiatives, estimating costs, returns, and financial impact together with business stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with the FP&A, Controlling, and Data teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and transparency in reporting and financial data;
  • Continuously improve planning models, reporting tools, and analytical processes to enhance forecasting quality and decision making;
  • Foster financial literacy and accountability across the organization by helping non-financial stakeholders understand the numbers behind their decisions.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or similar FP&A role in a multinational or fast-growing company;
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and performance management processes;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights that drive business action;
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, BOARD, or similar);
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to engage confidently with technical and product stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when simplifying complex financial topics for non-financial audiences;
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
