We are looking for a highly driven Finance Business Partner to join a pivotal, high-impact role at the intersection of Finance, Sales and Strategy.
This position sits at the core of the company’s strategic engine, acting as the single point of contact for Sales and owning full P&L coverage across commercial decisions to enable scalable, profitable growth.
You will operate as both a business partner and a finance advisor, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and meaningful impact on business performance.
What You’ll Do- Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for Sales, own full P&L coverage for the business area, connecting top-line ARR drivers to bottom-line performance
- Support the full deal lifecycle from a commercial and financial perspective, ensuring alignment with deal economics
- Provide financial guidance on complex and non-standard deals in collaboration with Revenue Operations, Legal, and other strategic functions
- Partner with Billing and Collections to ensure accurate invoicing, executable commercial terms, and timely resolution of payment risks and overdue balances.
- 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles in a global SaaS or technology company
- Hands-on experience partnering with Sales on deal structuring and commercial negotiations
- Salesforce proficiency required
- Strong interest in AI tools and data automation, with the ability to apply them to financial analysis and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of SaaS models and ARR mechanics
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
