How will you apply advanced analytics and sharp commercial thinking to guide resource allocation, manage risk, and unlock opportunities at speed?
Accountabilities:
Strategic Finance Leadership: Align financial strategy with medium to long-term business priorities at a geographic and functional level, translating ambition into measurable outcomes.
End-to-End Process Ownership: Lead the delivery of core finance processes with uncompromising quality, efficiency, compliance, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams to a single plan.
Strategic partner to management, supporting key decision‑making through advanced financial insights, presenting and acting as the Finance reference point and catalyst to enable the senior leadership team to have the best possible view to make informed decisions.
Planning and Performance Management: Drive planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles with shared accountability for forecast accuracy and delivery of business results.
Performance Optimisation and Analytics: Proactively surface risks and opportunities; deploy advanced analytics (Power BI) and Artificial Intelligence solutions to enable fast, data-driven decisions.
Resource and Investment Stewardship: Manage finance resources and the functional budget to maximise capability, return on investment, and sustainable value creation.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and reporting within complex and well-structured multinational organizations.
- Finance experience gained within industrial and production-driven organizations
- Demonstrated experience in Business Partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a rigorous, data-driven approach.
- Highly numerate with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions.
- Digital mindset, with experience leveraging analytics tools and AI-enabled solutions.
Desiderable Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and its business dynamics.
